Work with Peace and Overcome Negativity

The easy way to overcome any negative trait or habit is to work with virtues. In order to overcome negative tendencies the usual tendency is to make effort to remove them. But it is found that the more we think about them even if it is to remove them, we find ourselves becoming more aware of them. This makes the influence of our negativity stronger. The solution lies in making effort of working with virtues. For example, instead of saying we will not work with anger we will now practice working with our inherent peace. For this we need to make it a habit to work with peace so that it emerges naturally even in difficult situations.

Move Forward with Lightness

To become worthy of blessings means to make success easy. Thinking of benefit for the self increases to such an extent that it sometimes takes on the form of selfishness. When we are selfish we stop thinking about others or the effect that our action is going to have on them. Then we are not able to move forward with lightness because the good wishes and blessings of others are not with us. In each and every action of ours we need to first check if it is going to be beneficial for us as well as for others. As much as there is benefit for others too in the task that we are doing, that much the good wishes of others will be there for the task. With these good wishes we will be able to move forward much faster and achieving success will be easy.

Keep Your Intellect Busy Thinking About Something Positive

To have knowledge in the intellect is to be constantly cheerful. When something negative happens, we find that there are only negative or waste thoughts about the situation or people. We try hard not to think about it but we find only those thoughts coming to our mind. With such thoughts the situation seems worse than it is and we find it difficult to remain cheerful. In such situations instead of trying to cut out waste we need to give ourselves something positive to think about. When the intellect is busy thinking about the positive, there will be be no room for negativity. In this way we will be able to remain constantly cheerful even in the most negative situations.

Focus For Life

Whatever you dwell upon in your mind, you give power to. So of course it makes sense to focus on what you want rather than what you don't want. Yet there are many ways in which the things you don't want can sneak into your thinking. Worry and doubt focus your thinking on what you don't want. Rather than worrying about the bad things that might happen, direct your actions toward making positive things happen. Complaining can also get your mind sidetracked into thinking about what you don't want. What do you complain about The things you don't like. Rather than complaining, take action. Action moves you toward what you do want. Anger Anger is one more way to get your thinking negatively directed. Rather than getting angry about what you don't like, use that energy to give you determination for what you want to achieve. How To Think Positive

Learning how to think positive is easy if your mindset is already positive to begin with. We are going to outline a simple method that is going to retrain your brain so that you will always think positive without forcing yourself to. The first step to learning how to think positive is to repeat the new positive belief over and over to yourself throughout the day. This can be done silently in your mind, out loud, or out loud in front of a mirror. Be passionate and highly emotional when verbalizing the new belief. Really believe and feel that what you are saying is true. Intensity is key. Repeating new beliefs briefly yet intensely can be much more powerful, or as powerful, as repeating them hundreds of time in a flat, unemotional way.
